Finally found what I’ve been looking for…

Fashion

…nope, not a Honeyz CD but the perfect stripey tee!

My clumsy self accidentally sprayed soy sauce all over my lovely cotton/leather mix tee so I HAD to hit up the shops and find something else to wear. Perks of working in Covent Garden. (win!)
After the debacle and embarrassment of attempting to wash the soy out in the office loo, then being told by Mr Snooty pants that I couldn’t hang it up to dry on the outside terrace, I hot-footed it down to H&M for a fast-fashion-fix.
I’ve always been a fan of H&M. (I’m showing my age here but I still refer to it as Hennes). It’s one of the few shops that always delivers. I’m guaranteed to find an abundance of holiday treats every year and it’s great for office attire and costume jewels.
After walking around in a mardy bum mood, I spotted it from the corner of my eye. There it was – the forever loved Coco Chanel classic – a not too long, not too short, not too tight, not too baggy, the pièce de résistance when it comes to the good old fashioned wardrobe must have – a Breton stripy top.

Not only did this little beaut save my bacon, it’s my new favourite thing. I’m going to team it with my leather joggers this weekend. Then maybe I’ll go for the current trend and wear it with a clashing print skirt or if I’m feeling ladylike I’ll go for the chic Breton with a blazer combo. The options are endless.
All that joy for a mere £7.99.
Parfait.

P.s god bless you soy sauce!
P.p.s even old Pablo jumped on the Breton bandwagon!
